Program Overview
The KidneyClarity™ Program is an educational group experience that includes self-paced learning modules, community support, and live group Q&A sessions. It is designed to provide nutrition education and lifestyle guidance related to kidney health. This program is not medical care and does not replace individualized medical or nutrition treatment from your healthcare provider.

Ethical Standards
As a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), Sara Prato follows the Academy’s Code of Ethics. You may request a copy of these ethics at any time. If you believe there has been an ethical violation, you may file a complaint with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Please refer to the Academy/CDR Code of Ethics and the Disciplinary and Ethics Complaints Policy for more information.

Confidentiality
Information shared within live sessions, group discussions, email communication, and program participation is treated as confidential within reasonable limits of a group educational setting. There may be times when consultation occurs with other qualified health professionals to support program quality. This is similar to obtaining a professional second opinion. No identifying personal information will be shared during these consultations.

There are limits to confidentiality that you should be aware of:

When you provide written permission for information to be shared with another person

When there is risk of harm to yourself or others, including suicide or assault

When there is suspected or disclosed abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person, which may require legal reporting

When required by a court order

In such cases, appropriate action may include reporting to relevant authorities such as Family and Children’s Services or compliance with legal subpoenas. You will be notified when appropriate and legally permitted.

Your Rights
As a participant, you have the right:

To ask questions at any time about the program

To withdraw from the program at any time, subject to the Refund Policy

To be informed of material changes that affect your participation

To request clarification on available options or approaches

To access program-related records where applicable

To file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if needed

Refund Policy
We offer a conditional refund under the following criteria:
Modules 1 and 2 must be completed in full
All corresponding worksheets must be completed
Module 3 must not have been accessed or started
Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Proof of completion may be required. Once Module 3 has been accessed, the program is considered fully used and no refund will be issued.

Program Length and Fees
Fees for this program are due in full or according to an approved payment plan. This includes access to The KidneyClarity Program Modules, KidneyClarity Community, and Live Zoom Q&A sessions.

You will receive lifetime access to all self-paced program modules and materials. Access to the KidneyClarity Community and Live Zoom Q&A sessions is included for 6 months from the date of enrollment.

Payment is accepted via credit card only. Access to program materials, community, or live sessions may be paused or removed if payment terms are not completed.

Intellectual Property
All program materials are the property of KidneyClarity™ and are provided for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish any program content in any form without written permission. This includes videos, worksheets, PDFs, and community content.

This program is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or treatment plan. Participation in this program does not establish a client provider relationship or constitute medical care.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in this program, you agree that KidneyClarity™ and Sara Prato MS, RDN, CSR are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from your use of the information provided in this program. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.

Informed Consent
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement. You understand that this is an educational program and not medical treatment. You understand that you may stop participating at any time, subject to the Refund Policy. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult your healthcare provider before making any health or dietary changes.

Agreement
By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Program Agreement.
